Buying a home is one of the most exciting purchases you ever make. With me as your Realtors, you can ensure that you make not only an informed decision but the right decision for your needs. I will thoroughly explain the steps involved, expenses, financing options, and answer any questions that you may have. Initial meeting   When we first meet please tell me everything you are looking for in a new home.  Also, I'll let you know what to expect during the home buying process from start to finish. 

Agency responsibility   My top priority is to ensure your best interests are being served at all times from finding the right property, negotiating the offer, closing the purchase, and delivering keys to your new home!  
  
Recommend lenders, attorneys, and inspectors      As you go through the home buying process, I will recommend service providers that share my passion for providing exceptional service.

Conduct a thorough property search     I'll pass along details on all the properties currently on the market that might interest you.

Schedule and join you on all property tours     During which I will point out any value adding features or  issues that I find with the property.

Prepare a comprehensive market analysis   Before you place an offer on a home, I'll show you what similar properties have recently sold for to determine the fair market value of the home. 

Prepare and negotiate offer    I'll present your offer to the Seller's Realtor and negotiate the best contract terms and price possible.

Manage contract contingencies and deadlines    After an offer has been accepted, I'll help you manage your purchase until close.  

Schedule, attend, and discuss inspection issues At the completion of the inspection we’ll discuss any current issues with the home and anticipated repair costs. We’ll also discuss any inspection considerations to request from the seller.

Attend final walk-thru and closing    Before closing I'll attend the final walk-thru with you and verify that the home is in the same condition as the last time you saw it.  Also, I'll attend the closing.
